Deshun. took a group of us to Everest base camp in 2007, and she handled the group from start to finish, in the most professional manner, her insight into the challenges that mountains like Everest have in store, was quite astonishing, her leadership of the group was second to none, bearing in mind, the group comprised a number of successful businessman and sports men, she led from start to finish, and as it were counted us out and counted us back,  her skill set, in articulating the challenges  was quite exceptional.
