Hylton Gudmanz  is an executive coach, facilitator                                        and trainer. Energetic and versatile, Hylton is an able                         communicator, equally comfortable in corporate ,                                community and youth settings. He is able to teach                                         fluently in both English and Xhosa. His most recent                                        work is as a staff member at Gordon Institute of                                         Business Science (GIBS). In 2012 he embarks on a                                         Masters degree in coaching through the University                                             of Johannesburg.


Jan Horn has been in the television and film industry for over 30 years. When Deshun was undergoing the selection process for Everest in 1996, Jan's documentary chronicling the event, "The Big Six" became the first 'reality tv' programme on SA television - a decade before the trend took off. Jan is a renowned documentary film maker, enviromentalist and adventurer. Having produced award winning programmes for 50/50 and these days best known to youngsters as Professor Pink - and educational series on SABC 2 in South Africa. Among some of their projects, Jan and Deshun have travelled to Tanzania, Russia and the Himalayas on various climb and adventures. Documenting every journey on film.

Zelda Gauld holds an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Potchefstroom. Her passion is to help people identify their strengths and weaknesses, so that they work in areas most effective to their gifting. She has 9 years experience in the corporate world working as facilitator in adult education. She is also a talented administrator with an eye for detail and a persistence to see a job through to conclusion.
