working with corporate groups, children, and in communities

DDA exists to foster thoughtful leadership in an exciting time in South Africa and Africa's history. We do so through motivational workshops, personal development training & coaching, team-building and keynotes,

The content focus of which is in the areas of leadership, change and diversity, (and related areas of envisioning, goal-setting and team-building)

We aim to be a resource to people and organizations in the diverse spheres of companies, communities, children and charities.

By being an encouragement to those on the cliff-face and by acting as a rope link between groups who share similar vision and values.

i)  Encouragement – Motivate and inspire people to reach their potential, to overcome obstacles and to draw on their past experience to achieve success.

ii)
Working with those in positions of leadership to develop character (theirs and others). To encourage discussions for the strengthening of current and future leaders. Harness the knowledge & experiences of all leaders to fortify and inspire new ways of leading, with tried and tested methods.

iii)
To equip people and organizations with the tools needed to function and thrive in a context of change and diversity.

Because, we believe that our attitude determines our altitude!
