Deshun Deysel specialises in providing encouragement to leaders who are faced with change and diversity. She has a combined 20 years experiences in the fields of teaching, training, facilitation, public speaking and personal empowerment. 

Deshun came to prominence in 1996 when she was selected to participate in her nation’s 1st expedition to Mt. Everest, which saw the new South African flag fly on the top of the world for the very first time. She has subsequently been on 13 high altitude expeditions on 5 continents.

Deshun’s life and career spans a spectrum of worlds – from corporate strategies and global sporting events to some of the neediest communities in Africa. Her mission in life is to bring these worlds closer together and bridging the gaps in fun and adventurous ways.
